- 1 cup Nutella
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ¼ cup Nutella (for drizzling)
- Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.
- Add Nutella and vanilla extract, beating until smooth and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture until just combined.
- Pour the Nutella cheesecake filling into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
- Tap the pan gently on the counter to remove air bubbles.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan.
- Warm the ¼ cup of Nutella in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
- Drizzle the warmed Nutella over the cheesecake in a decorative pattern.
- Optionally, sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder for garnish.
