Instructions
- Start by peeling and chopping the medium carrot into small pieces for easier blending.

- In your blender, add the chopped carrot as the base of your smoothie.
- Add the frozen banana (or fresh banana with ice cubes).
- Pour in 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk for a smooth blend.
- Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt for creaminess and protein.
- If desired, drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
- Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, and 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg for flavor.
- Add 1 tablespoon of chia seeds for nutrition.
- Include 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
- If using, toss in ice cubes.
- Secure the lid and blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth. Adjust consistency with more almond milk if needed.
- Taste the smoothie; add more sweetener if desired and blend again briefly.
- Pour into a tall glass or mason jar. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or chia seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious carrot cake smoothie!
