- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes) until they float and are tender.
- Drain the tortellini and drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
