  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the cheese tortellini and cook according to package instructions (3-5 minutes) until they float and are tender.
  3. Drain the tortellini and drizzle with a little olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the sliced ribeye steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  6. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  7. In the same skillet, add onion and green bell pepper, sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  8. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  9. Return the steak to the skillet, add Worcestershire sauce, and stir for 2 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  10. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked tortellini with the steak and vegetable mixture, tossing gently.
  11. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  12. Transfer the tortellini mixture to the baking dish, spreading evenly.
  13. Sprinkle provolone cheese over the top.
