- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Crackers, pita chips, or baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- Soften the Cream Cheese: Ensure cream cheese is softened to room temperature to avoid lumps.
- Combine Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, and Mayonnaise: In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add Honey, Orange Zest, Salt, and Pepper: Add honey, orange zest, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Mix Until Smooth: Use an electric mixer to beat all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the Dried Cranberries: Gently fold in the dried cranberries.

- Stir in the Chopped Green Onions: Stir in the chopped green onions.
- Cover and Chill: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably 1-2 hours) to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Remove from refrigerator, stir, and serve with crackers, pita chips, or baguette slices.
Notes
- Spice it up: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a little heat.
- Add nuts: Toasted pecans or walnuts would be a delicious addition.
- Use different herbs: Instead of green onions, try using fresh chives or parsley.
- Make it a spread: This dip is also great as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.
- Adjust the sweetness: If you prefer a less sweet dip, reduce the amount of honey.
- Use different cheese: Goat cheese would be a delicious alternative to feta.
- Add a balsamic glaze drizzle: A drizzle of balsamic glaze right before serving adds a touch of sophistication and enhances the flavors.
- Make it festive: For the holidays, arrange the dip on a platter and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs and extra cranberries for a festive presentation.
- Storage: Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
