- Heat gently over low heat, stirring constantly for 5-7 minutes until fragrant.

- In a large jar, combine coffee grounds and cold water.
- Stir gently to saturate the grounds.
- Cover and refrigerate for 12-24 hours (longer for stronger concentrate).

Notes
- Use culinary lavender for the best flavor.
- Adjust steeping times for desired lavender and coffee strength.
- Experiment with different coffee roasts and milk alternatives.
- For a dairy-free option, use almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk.
- For a bubbly twist, top the cold brew with sparkling water instead of regular water or milk.
- If your cold brew is too bitter, it could be because you steeped it for too long or used a dark roast coffee. Try steeping it for a shorter time or using a lighter roast coffee next time.
- If the lavender flavor is too subtle, try adding more dried lavender buds to the honey syrup or steeping the syrup for a longer time. You can also try infusing the coffee grounds with lavender.
- If the syrup is too thick, you can add a little bit of water to thin it out.
