This Honey Sriracha Chicken Stir Fry features tender chicken and colorful vegetables tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce. Quick to make and bursting with flavor, it’s an ideal choice for a delicious weeknight meal.

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces (about 1-inch cubes) and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and ginger. Whisk until well blended.
- In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- Add sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the honey-Sriracha sauce over the mixture, stirring to coat evenly.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Remove from heat and serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
