- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions

- Strain the tea into a heatproof pitcher to remove the tea leaves and set aside to cool to room temperature.
- Hull and slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries into thin pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine the sliced strawberries with 1/4 cup of honey. Toss gently and let sit for 10-15 minutes to release juices.
- Once the tea has cooled, add the strawberry mixture (including juices) to the pitcher of tea.
- Squeeze in 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir gently to combine.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours, or pour over ice to cool quickly.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled tea over the ice, including some strawberry slices for presentation.
- Add fresh mint leaves on top for garnish.
- Taste the tea and adjust sweetness or lemon juice as desired.
- Serve the iced tea right away for the best experience.
