Instructions
- Choose two ripe bananas with a few brown spots for optimal sweetness.
- Prepare a blender, measuring spoons, and a glass for serving. Have ice cubes ready if desired.
- Pour 2 cups of cold milk into a measuring cup.
- Peel the bananas and break them into smaller pieces.
- In the blender, combine banana pieces, cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Add sugar if desired.
