Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add the 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Microwave the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until they are completely melted and smooth (about 1 to 1.5 minutes total). Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
- Let the melted chocolate cool for about 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, add 1 cup of creamy peanut butter.
- Add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to the peanut butter.
- Pour in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or whisk (about 2-3 minutes).
- Pour the cooled melted chocolate into the peanut butter mixture.
