Refreshing homemade lemonade with sweet peaches and apples, perfect for a summer treat.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water (more if needed)
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar (adjust to taste)
- 2 medium-sized apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp), cored and thinly sliced
- 4 cups water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 whole cloves
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from about 6–8 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar (or adjust to taste)
- 4 cups water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh peach slices, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh apple slices, for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges, for garnish (optional)
- Fresh mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place chopped peaches in a blender or food processor.
- Add lemon juice, water, and honey (or agave).
- Blend until completely smooth. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, if too thick.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- (Optional) Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve for a smoother texture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sliced apples, water, cinnamon stick, and cloves.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- Strain the apple infusion through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher or large bowl. Discard solids.
- In a separate pitcher or large bowl, combine lemon juice and granulated sugar.
- Stir until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Add water and stir well to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
- Pour the cooled apple infusion into the lemonade base and stir well.
- Add the chilled peach puree to the lemonade mixture and stir gently.
- Taste and adjust flavors as needed (sugar, lemon juice, or water).
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the Peach Apple Lemonade over the ice.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices, apple slices, lemon wedges, and mint sprigs, if desired.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- Sparkling Lemonade: Substitute some of the water with sparkling water or club soda.
- Herbal Infusion: Add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary or thyme to the apple infusion.
- Spiced Lemonade: Add a pinch of ground ginger or nutmeg to the lemonade base.
