Instructions

  1. Brew the Peppermint Tea: Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan. Add the peppermint tea bags and steep for 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently.
  2. Create the Mocha Base: In the same saucepan, whisk together cocoa powder and sugar. Add the brewed peppermint tea and whisk over medium heat until dissolved. Incorporate 1/2 cup of milk and heat through, but do not boil. Remove from heat and stir in peppermint and vanilla extracts.
  3. Prepare Coffee and Froth Milk: Prepare your strong brewed coffee or espresso. In a separate container, froth the remaining milk using your preferred method.
