  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

Enjoy a refreshing S’mores Iced Coffee that combines rich brewed coffee, creamy milk, and the classic flavors of s’mores. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and graham cracker crumbs, this delightful drink is perfect for warm days or as a sweet treat anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 tablespoons marshmallow fluff
  • 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Extra chocolate syrup (for drizzling)
  • Extra graham cracker crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and let it cool to room temperature. If in a hurry, chill it in the fridge. If desired, add sugar while the coffee is warm and stir until dissolved.
  2. In a large glass or mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee with milk. Add chocolate syrup and stir until fully incorporated. Mix in marshmallow fluff until well blended. If desired, add optional sugar and mix again.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour the coffee mixture over the ice, filling the glass to about three-quarters full.
  4. Top with whipped cream, drizzle extra chocolate syrup over it, and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
  5. Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon. For a fun twist, pair with actual s’mores.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract or a pinch of cinnamon/nutmeg.
  • For a frozen version, blend the coffee mixture with ice until smooth.
  • Scale the recipe for larger servings by multiplying the ingredients.
  • Store any leftover coffee mixture in the fridge for up to two days; stir before serving.
