- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee bits
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter. Using an electric mixer, beat them together on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
- Add the packed brown sugar and granulated sugar to the bowl. Continue mixing until the sugars are fully incorporated and the mixture is fluffy (about 2 minutes).
- Pour in the vanilla extract and mix until evenly distributed.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and toffee bits using a spatula, being careful not to overmix.
- Scoop the mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap.
- Wrap the plastic wrap around the mixture and form it into a ball shape, pressing tightly to hold its shape.
- Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Unwrap the cheeseball and place it on a serving platter.
- In a shallow dish, spread out the chopped pecans (if using) and roll the cheeseball in the pecans, pressing gently to adhere.
- Alternatively, roll the cheeseball in additional toffee bits or more mini chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
- Serve the cheeseball with a variety of dippers like graham crackers, pretzels, and apple slices.
- For decoration, add extra chocolate chips and toffee bits around the cheeseball on the platter.
- Use a small cheese knife or spatula to scoop out portions for easy serving.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Before serving leftovers, let it sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes to soften.
