Instructions
- Gather fresh pineapple and mango, ensuring they are ripe for the best flavor.
- In a blender, combine the pineapple and mango chunks. Blend until smooth, or to your desired texture.
- Taste the puree; if you prefer it sweeter, add honey or agave syrup and blend briefly to mix.
- Rinse the fresh mint leaves under cold water and pat dry.
- In a large mixing bowl or pitcher, add the mint leaves. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently press down on the mint to release its oils.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl with the muddled mint.
- Pour the fruit puree into the bowl with the mint and lime juice. Stir gently to combine.
- Taste the mixture again; add more honey or agave syrup if desired and stir until dissolved.
- Slowly add the sparkling water or club soda to the mixture, stirring gently to combine.
- Fill your favorite glasses with ice cubes, about halfway.
- Pour the tropical mojito mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
- Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh mint, a slice of lime, and a wedge of pineapple.
- Serve immediately while bubbly and refreshing. Perfect for warm days or gatherings.
