  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup of chopped pecans or walnuts for topping (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Blend until smooth (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the instant pistachio pudding mix and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Fold in the crushed pineapple, chopped nuts (if using), and mini marshmallows gently.
  5. Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
